Fully occupied by Huntington Solutions (the “Tenant”, “Huntington”, or “Company”), the Portfolio totals 256,258 square feet across three (3) facilities located in Michigan, Texas and Virginia. The mission-critical production assets are strategically located in close proximity to customers and generate approximately 46% of the Company’s Adj. EBITDA, providing for exceptional site-level rent coverage. The Properties will be subject to a long-term, 15-year absolute net (NNN) master lease structure with a Year-1 Net Operating Income of $1.16 million.
