As a partner and founding member of Newmark’s Net Lease Capital Markets, he has played a critical role in the team’s $5.75B historical track record. Ragsdale’s clients include merchant developers, public/private REITS, private equity groups, high net worth individuals, and tax-deferred §1031 exchange buyers. A graduate of the University of Tulsa College of Law, Ragsdale is a licensed attorney in the state of Oklahoma, offering his clients a strong understanding of real estate principals and a unique skill set within the industry.
