For the past 14 years, Hopkins has exclusively focused on single tenant net lease properties and has been an integral part of more than $5.75B of transactional volume. A partner and founding member of Newmark’s Net Lease Capital Markets, he has sold an industry-leading 76 FedEx-leased properties totaling more than $650 million in sales. He also has worked on several high-profile and complex tax-deferred §1031 exchanged deals worth more than $250 million. Early in his career, Hopkins called on Fortune 500 clients in the financial services and distribution sectors for IBM.
