Phillip Butts is a Senior Analyst for the Net Lease Capital Markets team.  His primary responsibilities include researching market data, underwriting asset values and assisting in the marketing process.  Prior to joining the Capital Markets team at Newmark, Butts spent five years with the Stan Johnson Company as an analyst and investment sales broker.

Butts grew up in the suburbs of Houston, Texas prior to moving to Tulsa where he earned his Finance and Energy Management degrees at the University of Tulsa.
