Joining Matt Berres as a Director with Newmark’s Net Lease Capital Markets in 2019, Mr. Khalil focuses exclusively on the sale, purchase, and recapitalization of net leased retail, industrial, and office properties throughout the United States. With five years of expertise in single-tenant and anchored and strip shopping center deals, Mr. Khalil has had direct involvement in transactions valued in excess of $500 million for clients including REITS, Developers, Private High Net Worth, 1031 Exchange and Foreign Investors.
